Immanion Press has now published Tanith Lee’s much-loved ‘Kill the Dead’
on Kindle. Both a fantasy novel and a ghost story, ‘Kill the Dead’
follows the fortunes – and misfortunes – of ghost-slayer Parl Dro and
his search for the mythical town of the deadalive, Ghyste Mortua.
Pursued by a mysterious and feckless musician who assists on
accompanying him, and the vengeful ghost of Ciddey, who wishes to
destroy Dro for ‘killing’ the ghost of her sister, Dro doggedly pursues
his goal to astonishing revelations.
We will also be publishing Ms Lee’s ‘Flat Earth’ series in E-book in the
near future – ‘Night’s Master’, ‘Death’s Master’, ‘Delusion’s Master’
and ‘Delirium’s Mistress’.
Tanith Lee will receive a life-long achievement award at this year’s
World Fantasycon in Brighton, Oct 31-Nov 3. To celebrate this, Immanion
Press and Ms Lee have produced a very special and very limited numbered
edition of a story collection called ‘Animate Objects’, which includes 4
previously unpublished pieces. This book has been created specifically
to be sold at the convention and is a small print run. There might be
copies left over for mail orders after the convention, but we cannot
promise this. Any interested customers, please mail
orders(at)immanion-press.com to reserve a copy, should any remain
available. The book will be £32.99 plus shipping.

This just in…Crystal Blanton will also be attending Sacred Harvest Festival running August 6-12th. She will be presenting the Restorative Justice Circle as well as two workshops.
Restorative Justice Circle: “Participate in a Restorative Justice Circle that reinforces the bonds of community and solidarity that were discussed in last year’s festival. Using our skills to maintain a supportive, empathetic and healthier community, we will engage in the restorative justice process of community building and healing. Having a cohesive community means we have to work to sustain it, sustaining our community means we actively engage in the process and maintenance. Be a part of another glimpse of the application of this process by being a part of the experience. (Note: you do not have to have been at last year’s restorative justice healing circle to participate).” from the posted article “Crystal Blanton – Restorative Justice #2 at Sacred Harvest Festival” http://harmonytribe.org/content/crystal-blanton-restorative-justice-2-sacred-harvest-festival
DIVERSITY WHAT?!?! Discussions around diversity in Paganism;
With more discussions about differences in the Pagan community that have created hard lines and division, let take an opportunity to celebrate diversity and speak truth through beauty about our differences. This workshop will be a formated and respectful forum to discuss the cultural diversity within Paganism and sensitivity to the many paths that come together to circle in the dance of spirituality and life. Let’s create some balance to counteract the sadness and miscommunications that has been a result of so much discord in society.

Circle Keeper Intensive
This is a part of a series that I will be offering to support the building of circle keepers with skills and tools for their local community. This intensive will be packed with information around the restorative justice process and ways to use it in Pagan circles and groups; specifically focusing on some tools for facilitating as the circle keeper. This workshop is not built to make you a professional mediator but it will give some accessible skills to support RJ style activities in your local groups. It is a start to a developing series that will hopefully be offered in future mediums. Handouts and resources will be made available. Come ready to work and learn.

Lisa Spiral Besnett author of Manifest Divinity will be presenting at the University of Minnesota’s, Mankato Women and Spirituality Conference
According to their website: “The Women and Spirituality Conference was born in 1981 and the purpose was to provide a supportive and nurturing setting for a dialogue of caring and mutual respect between and among women and men from many spiritual and religious traditions. The conference does not advocate or exclude any view and continues to foster an understanding and celebration of similarities and differences. May we continue to aid one another on our individual and communal spiritual journeys.”

Lisa Spiral Besnett author of Manifest Divinity will be presenting two workshops at Sacred Harvest Aug. 6th-12th.
“When the Gods Come Knocking” and “Daily Practice Sucks”
When the Gods Come Knocking: This workshop is a discussion about expanding the awareness of the relationships that we hold with Deity. Specifically we will look at aspects of these relationships that appear to be initiated by the Divine.
Daily Practice Sucks: Much of our work as Witches is supported by doing a daily spiritual practice. However, not everyone is good at making this work. This workshop explores tactics for people who are not satisfied or who are struggling with daily practice to make it easier and more effective.
